The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for delivering IT Security, Network and Support Services to the organization as outlined by the Director of IT Security and Infrastructure. These services will be performed based on established guidelines and in line with the goals of the organization. Will be a key role in driving growth in scaling HEI’s IT & data infrastructure to align with our organization's growth. The role will be part of a support team and requires exceptional customer service via phone, email or in person.

• Provides remote Helpdesk support, specializing in challenging issues. Responds quickly and effectively to requests.
• Tracks and provides helpdesk support and resolves problems to the end user's satisfaction.
• Provides rotating on-call 24x7 support.
• Performs threat detections and remediation. Uses skills to devise and implement tasks/solve problems.
• Provides support for assigned security and networking projects.
• Follows up with customers, provides feedback and sees problems through to resolution.
• Monitors network health and availability, proactively addressing issues.
• Monitors backups and performs restores as needed.
• Supports Acquisitions & Divestitures as needed.
• Performs any other job related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of five years IT support, network operations, or security services.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of Windows Active Directory.
• Demonstrated understanding of network operations and tools.
• Demonstrated understanding of networking and security tools
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
