Job description
Position Summary:
Mahler Private Staffing is looking to connect with experienced and dedicated Estate Managers with 10 years of experience and proven longevity. If you have an exemplary track record in the management of significant properties for private principals or in managing the operations of five-star properties, you are invited to apply. Responsibilities:
- Manage two properties, Beverly Hills, and Montecito, ensuring each property is well-maintained and secure.
- Maintain an organized routine of daily walk-throughs of the home and grounds, routine for the interior and exterior maintenance, landscaping, window washing, power washing, etc.
- Schedule, supervise, and upkeep maintenance schedules for household vendors: HVAC, electrician, plumbing, generator, well systems, etc.
- Ability to maintain, in some cases develop, household manuals, menus, inventories, etc.
- Oversee and manage construction and renovation projects, from design to coordination of schedules and daily oversight.
- Oversee and manage household staff including security team, housekeepers, etc.; with the ability to provide day-to-day direction.
- Ability to ensure smooth experience for visitors and guests, orchestrating staff accordingly.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to changing priorities and schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Schedule:
Available between 9:00am – 7:00pm on weekdays and after hours/weekends, as needed.
Compensation:
Salary starting at $225K, depending on experience. Excellent benefits included.
