As the Director of Operations at 3G Home Exteriors Michigan, you will be at the forefront of our company's success, responsible for driving operational efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Working closely with the executive team, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Bonuses - Depending on Performance

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set and achieve strategic objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to operations.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals.
- Streamline processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the home exteriors/construction/related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
