LEASING & PROPERTY MANAGER
We are searching for a Leasing & Property Manager who embodies a blend of exceptional customer service skills and a proven track record in leasing and property management
Overall Responsibilities
- Forge lasting relationships with prospective and current residents, offering bespoke leasing solutions and services.
- Expertly manage leasing processes, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations, ensuring a seamless experience for residents.
- Cultivate a professional and inviting atmosphere across the property, elevating the resident experience.
- Actively engage in market analysis to drive innovative strategies for property marketing and resident satisfaction.
- Empower your team, fostering an environment of success and exceeding property occupancy goals.
- Be the driving force behind competitive market research, maintaining a thorough understanding of industry trends.
- Assist in managing resident communications and retention efforts, supporting the Property Manager in all aspects of community management.
- Conduct thorough property and apartment inspections, ensuring all spaces meet Reside Living's high standards.
- Oversee financial aspects of leasing, including deposit accounting and rent collection.
Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of impactful experience as a Leasing/Property Manager.
- Exceptional sales, communication, and organizational skills.
- A commitment to teamwork, showing up for each other, and thriving in a leadership-valued environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Yardi.
SALARY: $70-75K
