Location: Vienna, VA

Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options

Position Type: Multiyear Contract



Job Description:

Technical Knowledge/Skills:

• Troubleshooting Skills

• Oral/Written Communication Skills

• Ticketing System experience (ServiceNow)

• Windows 10 Experience (WIN 11 nice to have)



Experience with:

• Microsoft Active Directory

• Experience with desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI)

• Microsoft Office/365, Microsoft Outlook

• HP, Canon, and Toshiba printer support



Nice to haves:
A+ Certification, Windows 10 Certification, Awareness of security of financial institutions, SCCM entry-level knowledge
