Job description
Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with our client, a global healthcare and pharmaceutical company, in search of a senior Project Manager. This role is onsite in Bridgewater, NJ and requires 6-8 years of experience as a Project Manager with experience in Program Management Office (PMO) and Agile Product Management. Pharmaceutical experience is highly preferred.

Job Title : R&D Digital Data Products Operations Lead
Location : Bridgewater, NJ - onsite
Duration : 6 months (ASAP - July 2024) - possibility to extend
Shift : 8 am - 5 pm EST, Mon-Fri
Work Structure : Onsite
Hourly Pay : $95 - $97/hr
Education:
High School Diploma + 10 years of relevant experience
OR
Bachelor's degree + 6-8 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Product Management:
Oversee Program Management Office operations for digital data products, ensuring on-schedule, on-time delivery with quality to achieve target business outcomes.
Collaborate with R&D Digital leadership to establish and enhance Program Management Operating processes.
Proactively manage issues and risks, defining, reporting, and monitoring realization of KPIs and business outcomes.
Establish and continuously improve ways of working, including agile and product-based delivery models, communication planning, strategic planning, budget management, and talent management.
Lead the establishment of a Center of Excellence (CoE) for project managers and scrum masters to apply to product teams and projects.
Take a leadership role in AI/analytics data product initiatives within select R&D business functions.
Team Management and Ways of Working:
Build a network of stakeholders across digital and business functions to advance PMO processes and overall ways of working for digital data products operations.
Surface issues, escalate risks, and proactively prevent problems associated with digital data products and services.
Directly lead internal or external project managers/scrum masters applied to product teams and projects.
Qualifications :
MINIMUM 6-8 years of experience in Program Management Office (PMO) AND Agile Product Management.
Experience in setting up project management offices and managing products.
Ability to understand key products in the team portfolio and manage key programs, including funding and strategic programs.
Product-level expertise to standardize and implement consistent methodologies.
Proven ability to build and deliver digital products.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey messages effectively to management.
Quick understanding and adept at using slides to communicate the correct messages.
Excellent communication skills.
