Key Qualifications

Description

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated senior facilities professional to join our team and be responsible for the critical infrastructure of Apple corporate facilities. Responsible for the management of, and availability to support, 24/7 site operations. - Oversee and maintain all mechanical systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. - Lead fire life safety systems, conducting regular inspections and updates in compliance with local regulations. - Support building automation and control systems, optimizing for energy efficiency and performance. - Support maintenance and updates of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. - Lead a team of vendors, engineers and technicians, providing training and development opportunities. - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and repair costs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on facility-related projects and improvements. - Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to infrastructure maintenance and upgrades. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies for continuous improvement. - Act as interim Head of Facilities during their absence, managing operations, making decisions, and maintaining workflow seamlessly. - Additional responsibilities as directed.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, Construction Management, Facility Management or related field from an accredited institution - Associates Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Technology or Certificate Program in Facilities Management or Facilities Maintenance w/ 10+ Years of relevant business experience - Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in at least two of the specialties under this position
