At Chesapeake Dental Specialists, our doctors and team members are dedicated to providing specialized dental care for patients requiring oral surgery and endodontic treatment. As a Patient Coordinator, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:

• Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
• Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
• Answer phones

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
