Job description
LaSalle Network has partnered with an incredible Environmental Services company to seek out their next HR Generalist. This is a project-to-hire opportunity where you'll be on-site, five days a week. This role requires you to take the lead on the processes in the HR department, such as new hire documentation, onboarding processes, budget and payroll. HR Generalist Key Responsibilities:
Take the lead on new hire documentation and seamless onboarding processes
Keep a close eye on the HR department budget and ensure payroll distribution is on point
Conduct thorough employee evaluations
Be the go-to for efficient problem-solving when HR issues come up
Maintain legal compliance by staying on top of federal and state HR requirements and conducting investigations
HR Generalist Requirements:
Bring at least 3 years of solid HR experience to the table
Experience with ADP is a plus
Proficient understanding of Department of Labor Laws
Showcase effective communication, both written and verbal
Proven success in working at a fast pace and adapting to a dynamic business environment
