As an HR Contact Center Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-caliber customer service and administrative support. This hybrid position involves handling inbound phone calls, managing cases related to pay inquiries, LOA, and other HR matters. If you have at least 5 years of experience, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in call management and case management software, we invite you to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position so you will need to live near the location.
Location: Tampa, FL Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite
Assignment Type: Temp to Hire
Work Hours: 8 or 9 am start
Pay Rate: $28.61 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and field all types of calls, providing assistance or direction as needed.
Collaborate closely with the Payroll team to address inquiries and direct them to the right resolution.
Provide One HR expertise and support to both the HR community and employees.
Handle Tuition Reimbursement processing, Employee Verifications, and Policy Questions & Compliance.
Utilize case management software (ServiceNow) and call management tools.
Document employee data changes, performance reports, and communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of prior contact center experience, specifically in inbound phone call case management.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
Spanish language skills highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
