Job description
We are currently looking for experienced Per Diem Physical Therapists who are committed to high quality care in a team environment to provide in-home therapy services to patients in their homes in multiple locations.
Fallbrook ~ Murrieta ~ Temecula ~ Menifee ~ Lake Elsinore
This is primarily orthopedic rehab provided in our patients’ homes, NOT your typical home health patient population.

We provide innovative clinical technology so that you can focus on treating instead of paperwork. GrandCare Health Services Required Skills and Experience - At least one (1) year of experience as a PT, Home Health experience preferred
- Valid California PT license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Located in southern California
