Location: Tri State Metro - Iselin, NJ: New York, NY; Exton, PA
Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience

we want you to grow with us. Your Responsibilities as a Sr Project Manager: - Manage a diverse portfolio of environmental projects, in alignment with Division, Region, and company financial and profitability goals.
- Provide senior level technical review and support for a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Become knowledgeable about Apex services and capabilities for cross-selling
- Develop new project work through sales efforts and response to proposals (new or existing clients).
- Write and review technical reports and proposals.
- Actively manage and develop existing client portfolios and source for new business opportunities.
- Hire and manage subcontractors.
- Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work product, strong potential to have direct reports.
- Ensure safe performance of project work.
- Actively develop your own career growth.

What we're looking for: - BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology or other related field.
- 10 to 12+ years of solid technical experience.
- PE, PG or LSRP (NJ) Professional license highly desired.
- Strong financial management experience highly desired.
- Ability to mentor and train staff.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Excellent technical communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
- Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience with Deltek Vision is highly desired.
