The Specialist, Legal position works closely with the Legal, Development and Operations Departments to ensure timely and accurate data capture, entry and reporting related to franchise transactions on Salesforce and other internal software systems.
Responsibilities - Data review and entry in Salesforce, including intake from source documents and entry into Salesforce and other software systems
- Initiate, update and closeout franchise transactions in Salesforce and other software systems based on directions from supervisors
- Document and track transaction activity and workflows in Salesforce from transaction origination through closing and throughout franchise lifecycle
- Monitor and mechanically advance workflow steps within Salesforce environment
- Become familiar with lifecycle of routine, recurring franchise transactions
- Manage accuracy of Salesforce database for all new restaurant openings, renewals, refranchises, assignments, amendments, and termination transactions
- Run regular reports from Salesforce and answer or elevate for action ad hoc inquiries on franchise transaction status based on Salesforce data.
Skills & Requirements - Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with document review and a transaction workflow and data capture system desired
- Familiarity with Salesforce helpful but not required
- Sense of project ownership and accountability desired
- Team player that enjoys working with and supporting cross functional teams desired
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Hourly Rate starting at $34/hr
