• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days
• ACLS required
• 9 - 13 patients per day
• ERCP & colonoscopy or conscious sedation, anesthesia in house
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed

From $70.00 to $85.00 hourly
