The role

Integrated Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. The job responsibilities of an Integrated Marketing Manager include developing and executing effective marketing programs that help to create awareness and promote the company. This can involve creating advertisements, attending trade shows, preparing and developing presentations for customers, and tracking budgets. The manager also designs, plans, and oversees Brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. The manager is also responsible for managing and overseeing advertising campaigns, including creating and approving ad content, file management and agency communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies in support of Avanos' Game Ready and chronic pain franchise products. Work directly with North American and Global Strategic Marketing teams.
• Serve as point person in managing relationships with marketing vendors-including agencies for HCP marketing, patient marketing, media planning, etc.
• Responsible for keeping all vendors aligned with goals, budgets, timelines, and messaging for multiple concurrent marketing projects.
• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms, including social media channels and Google Ads.
• Collaborate with Game Ready team to develop strategy and execute tactics.
• Serve as IVP RFA brand communication expert with an understanding on primary business goals and individual product.
• Collaborate regularly with the Avanos Digital Team to analyze digital footprint/impact and suggest optimizations that are in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate regularly with cross-functional partners in R&D, Sales, Professional Education, and Training to ensure marketing strategies are relevant, encompassing, and aligned with business goals.
• Manage marketing budget and monthly budget accruals.

• Serve as liaison with vendors for copy remediation process, file management and communication.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing
• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in creative advertising
• Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and leadership skills
• Expert knowledge of marketing software like Photoshop, Word, Acrobat and Excel
• Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, organized, multi-tasker who works well under pressure with ability to manage complex projects to produce high-quality, effective campaigns.
• Strategic thinker who is analytical and able to derive meaning from data and make sound recommendations for communication optimization.
• Impressive communication and presentation skills for multiple management levels, including senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to make sound business recommendations and decisions.
• Expertise in strategy development of marketing campaigns
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage complex and multi-channel campaigns.

Preferred:

• Master's degree in marketing/advertising is desirable.
• Experience working as a Marketing Manager or a similar managerial role.
• Proactive, and willing to learn new programs, (HubSpot, photoshop and social media management, Corporate Branding)
