Job Title : Property Manager

The Role :
As a Property Manager you will lead our onsite team oversee financial performance and maintain high occupancy levels. Youll be responsible for marketing compliance with housing regulations and fostering positive relationships within the community.
Your Responsibilities :
Management & Leadership: Direct daily operations manage resident relations and oversee the onsite team.
Financial Oversight: Handle budgeting financial administration and operational analysis.
Compliance & Maintenance: Ensure property compliance with all local state and federal regulations. Coordinate repair and maintenance tasks.
Community Engagement: Build relationships with residents and collaborate with other communities and departments to enhance overall performance.
Your Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in residential property management with a proven track record in financial administration and team leadership.
Skills: Strong organizational communication and decisionmaking abilities.
Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent required; CPM BA or related certifications preferred.
