Job Title: Director of Real Estate Platform Partnerships

Location: Remote; Must be located in one of the following cities: Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco / Bay Area, Seattle, Denver, Dallas / Fort Worth, or Las Vegas

Responsibilities:

- Cultivate new and nurture existing partnerships with national and regional real estate owners, developers, investors, and lenders, expanding the company portfolio.
- Present complex financial models to senior-level real estate stakeholders during sales and deal closing processes.
- Successfully secure a substantial volume of high-quality real estate management contracts under diverse deal structures.
- Lead contract negotiations with the support of the company's General Counsel.
- Provide feedback and guidance on deal underwriting to the feasibility team, and proficiently conduct basic Excel modeling.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6-10 years of experience in multifamily and/or hotel investments, developments, or asset management.
- Proven success in a quota-bearing or incentive-based role with a strong track record of deal closures.
- Willingness to travel 40%-60% of the time as per business and deal requirements.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to navigate complex sales processes and drive deals to closure.
- Self-starter mindset with a hunger for rapid learning.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong business writing and communication abilities.
