Position: RN - Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: Pittsfield, MA, 01201
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Afternoons, 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM, 12
Shift Notes: 12hr Nights 36hr guarantee.
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holiday rotation required
On-Call Requirements: None
COVID Requirement: COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM. Exemption forms are available in Trio/Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures), or please ask your delivery team for documents. IF APPROVED BY THE HEALTH SYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. To avoid delays in processing, please include the traveler's COVID vaccination card/or intent to fill out the exemption form with profile submission.
Traveler Policy: RATE WILL BE ADJUSTED FOR "LOCAL" TRAVELERS (10% reduction of posted rate if perm address is w/i 50 miles of facility).
** Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
** AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR THE INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO THE PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. "ANYTIME" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
** ACLS, NRP, AWHONN, and BLS MUST BE IN HAND AND INCLUDED IN THE PROFILE UPLOAD. FACILITY WILL NOT PEND UPON OFFER. This is non-negotiable
