My client a medium-sized children's hospital in Central California is seeking a Permanent Onsite Benefits Manager to join their team. Candidates must have a College Degree as well as 3 years of HR benefits experience as well as a minimum of 2 years management experience. The Manager is responsible for the management of employee benefits programs for the hospital and medical group. The manager will have daily contact with Hospital management and staff and regular contact with vendors, outside agencies and regulatory bodies.
