POSITION OVERVIEW

We seek a detail-oriented Procurement & Manufacturing Coordinator to join our operations team at Kate Farms. In this role, you will assist in coordinating manufacturing processes, ensuring the timely delivery of products, and maintaining accurate inventory records. To ensure efficient operations and quality control, you will work closely with various teams, including production, logistics, and quality assurance.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and track manufacturing and production processes, ensuring adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all products and materials.
• Collaborate with purchasing to maintain appropriate stock levels and monitor vendor performance.
• Work closely with logistics team to coordinate shipping and receiving activities, plan routes, and ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
• Assist in quality control processes, including monitoring product specifications and conducting inspections as required.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to identify and resolve operational issues.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or logistics role preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Experience with multiple ERP systems.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Occasional travel as needed for quarterly team meetings.

If the position applied to is not located in Colorado, NYC, or California, the following information may not apply. Salary Minimum : $69,303 Salary Maximum $84,660 . The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the Kate Farms salary range for this position. This range will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, internal pay alignment, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Kate Farms’ total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long- term incentives.
