DESCRIPTION:


• Primary Care/Employee Health/Urgent Care


• Avg 2-3 patients per hour


• Seeing patients ages 2 and up (employees and their dependents)


REQUIRED:


• AZ License


• DEA


• 2-3 years of APP experience in a clinical setting


• BLS or ACLS required


COMPENSATION:


• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)


• Malpractice insurance provided


OPEN NEEDS:
• Bullhead City, AZ NP or PA, Ages 2+, No DEA req'd
Dates: 3/1 7a-4:30p, 5/13 7a-6p, 5/14 8a-1p, 5/15 7a-6p, 5/16 8a-1p
