Stantec’s New England Transportation group is looking for a Lean Design Coordinator in Massachusetts!

We are looking for a resourceful, organized, and committed individual with experience working in Lean and/or continuous improvement roles. This is an exciting opportunity for a person that is passionate about efficient project delivery and continuous improvement and is interested in setting the pace for their growing career. The position is based in our Burlington, MA office but will have remote work flexibility.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Lean Design Coordinator, you will provide lean design coordination/facilitation and continuous improvement support to our New England Transportation team. You will play in integral part in delivering quality submissions and tracking overall project performance. You will develop and implement Lean Design and continuous improvement strategies on projects and processes. You will be an integrated member of project teams and interface internally with project managers and design teams, and externally with clients and consultants.
