Job description

The iconic  Diplomat Beach Resort is looking for its next Banquet Coordinator ! Join the amazing banquet team operating over 200,000 square feet of elegant indoor and gorgeous outdoor event space. Seeking  someone who can multitask, has an eye for detail, can easily operate MS Office and learn internal programs to create Banquet schedules and complete other administrative duties. Is this you? Shift Pattern:  Flexible availability for weekends/weekdays with typical hours being 10a-6p

What will I be doing?

A banquet coordinator provides department leaders and staff with administrative support including typing, filing, scheduling, answering phones, maintaining calendars, email correspondence, organizing banquet event orders, meetings and keeping records. Coordinate and implement department activities and projects, as assigned and be an overall engagement with team members.
