Position Overview
Support for the performance of tasks relevant to the Strategic direction of Accurate and SureTec Innovations: Define the strategic direction of the group (analysis of industries and projects), support in economic growth projects, among others. Measure and evaluate performance based on the disposition and quality in the delivery of analysis, project management and presentations that meet the expectations of time and form required by the respective teams.
Work Location : Our main office is located in Gilbert, AZ however this position could allow for remote work from any US State. Occasional travel to the main office will be required and some additional travel to our other locations is estimated to be 15% of the time.
Responsibilities Include :
- Support VP, Chemical Manufacturing with redefining the strategic direction of the business
- Review the attractiveness analysis of current and future potential projects
- Evaluate and coordinate projects
- Coordinate and participate in strategic meetings
- Respond to internal requests and support planning activities
- Schedule, organize General Manager calendar, and conduct work meetings with other areas to gather pertinent information for the development of evaluations that are channeled
- Collaborate with external consultants, provide data and documents that allow their advisory work
- Analyze, synthesize, and present projects assigned and developed by the business units
- Integrate and create a master document of project plans/statuses
- Evaluation of investment required to execute project
- Participate in due diligence processes and related compliance matters
- Act as liaison to Corporate functions for support and communication
- Construct financial models
- Lead the preparation of presentations for ParentCo, Executives, Management Team, and other strategic parties
The ideal candidate will have :
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 - 5 years experience in project management or strategic planning strongly preferred, or equivalent years of experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry
- Experience in chemical manufacturing strongly preferred
- Strong background in finance and analytics to execute meticulous financial modeling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to professionally interact with a wide range of key executive members and management
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
