Job description
MW Partners is currently seeking a Sr. Program Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to deliver high quality solutions for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) projects while bringing a collaborative, creative approach.
- Expertly handle changes; utilizing leadership as needed.
- Co-create organizational change and communication plans and partner across the business to drive adoption.
- Assist and guide teams to define success and accompanying metrics.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across all teams on strategy, plans, and execution.
- Track project inter-dependencies, achievements, and work across various project tracks and ensure project implementation and roll-out.
- Be the go-to person for the business and various ATS teams for both the coordination and delivery of projects.
- Work with the cross-functional teams in simplifying a unified support journey by reducing customized areas of the platform that were built at initial implementation.
- Manage a platform upgrade including change management, technical readiness, user acceptance testing, and cutover activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years project management experience in enterprise projects with a solid background of project delivery in partnership with a robust team in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
- Experience in applying Design Thinking methodology to optimally drive solutions that tackle business problems keeping the internal customer at the heart of your project.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies, influencing with authority and conflict-resolution skills, experience working cross-functionally, strong facilitation skills, time zone management, and effective management of expectations.
- Identify risk, issue, change or open decision, assess whether it will have an impact to scope, timeline or budget, and bring it to the attention of the right level of authority to address it in a timely manner.
- Manage any changes within the initiative release baseline (i.e., scope, timeline, budget and success metrics reviewed and approved in the CA/PPC).
- Experience or familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow.
- Experience working in a large enterprise environment or an IT organization with strength in stakeholder management and working with globally diversified teams.
- Excellent communicator - written, verbal, and in presentation.
- Understand the basics of organizational change management and how it intersects with program management.
- Keen problem solver and connector.
