We're on the lookout for a passionate Bookstore Manager to become the heart and soul of our shiny new spot in Boston's historic South End. Your Role:
As the Boston Bookshop Manager, you'll be the first hire, making your mark as a cornerstone of our Boston team. With support from our teams at Provincetown Bookshop and Egeria Enterprises you’ll be orchestrating our Boston operation to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for our customers. From curating the perfect selection of books to hiring and training our fantastic Boston team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the identity and success of our bookstore.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support your team of book enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for every visitor.
Collaborate closely with the Provincetown Bookshop Manager and Egeria Enterprises, leveraging their expertise and resources to drive success and innovation across both locations.
Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and publishers, ensuring our shelves are always stocked with the latest and greatest reads, including an incredible backlist of timeless classics.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years previous experience in a bookstore.
Managerial experience, with a proven track record of leadership and success.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a willingness to embrace change and technology in a fast paced, data-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
