Job description

Position: Business Development Executive

Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is dynamic, rapidly growing staffing, recruitment and DEI Consulting firm serving clients within the private sector and federal government. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team on a full-time, commission-based contract.

As a BDE, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, while driving revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and exceptional customer service

- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions

- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events

- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview and offer process

- Negotiate and close deals with clients to generate revenue and meet or exceed sales targets

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients and candidates

- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and client interactions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency

- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
