Job Summary
Supports the design of a competitive and compliant total rewards program. Works closely with team to support and administer total rewards programs and activities as needed. Support total rewards advisors in solving complex total rewards issues with the business. Assist in the development, installation and administration of total rewards programs. Support development of total rewards policies and processes.
Provide technical input to total rewards communications. Assists in addressing complex inquiries escalated from the Employee Service Center. Provide technical support with salary and benefit administration programs, reviewing non-routine changes for conformance to policy. Conduct and participate in total rewards surveys and ensure high quality market is available to appropriate staff on a timely basis. Conduct benchmarking to support competitive analysis of total rewards programs against peer groups. Provide recommendations on market data for new job requests or job description changes. Maintain knowledge of regulatory and audit requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree required.
One years experience preferred.
