Unique Integrated Care is a an outpatient behavioral and mental health clinic with immediate openings for full-time or part-time therapists with availability to work in the evening and weekends. We offer paid internships. This position offers a flexible schedule and a supportive management team. We offer the opportunity to further develop your clinical skills, our clinical supervisors have extensive experience and can provide supervision hours towards licensure. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides evidence-based practices for mental health, providing counseling intervention services to include individuals, family, and group therapy.
- Conducts intakes, psychosocial and mental health assessments, treatment, and discharge planning, as required under the supervision of Clinical Director
- For full time status must maintain a caseload of minimally 27 client visits per week
- Completes all required clinical documentation and reports within 24 hours of service provision including producing progress notes, assessments and monthly reports to remain in compliance with contracted providers
- Provide case management activities, coordinate with members of the interdisciplinary team, families, case managers and others as needed
- Attends and participates in bi-weekly clinical meetings, and submits to ongoing progress monitoring and monthly supervision with Clinical Director for efficient and effective client care and coordination.
- Must abide by all Federal and State applicable laws, Unique Integrated Care Policies and procedures, and the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health standards, American Counseling Association ethics, and codes.
- Able to accept additional duties as assigned.
