Job description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Facilities Maintenance Coordinator for a project located in Wilton, CT . Job Scope:
Plan and schedule facility maintenance using CMMS and associated software programs
Perform administrative duties
Receive and schedule work for subcontractors and onsite personnel
Enter missing data and/or modify as necessary to ensure correctness
Interface with customer if necessary to clarify scope of work requested and follow up with status as required
Create schedule and dispatch to applicable team member on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Generate and dispatch weekly and monthly PMs
Track progress throughout the month to ensure compliance
Maintain work order logs for monthly reports, making changes as necessary to ensure correctness
Process daily time sheets for team and ensure correctness
Assist in procuring material and services to include issuing and maintaining POs and invoices
Schedule and maintain safety matrix for team members
Maintain physical and electronic filing/databases
Requirements:
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in a facilities maintenance, facilities management or customer service role required
Experience working in the facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services industries preferred
Experience in managing service delivery for trades labor such as Electrical, mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or other hard services preferred
Proficiency working within CMMS
Advanced proficiency MS Windows Applications, including MS Excel and Word
