What You Will Be Doing

- Managing the bid process
- Overseeing projects from pre-construction to completion
- Keeping complete records to track project timeline and change orders
- Obtaining required project permits
- Conducting on-site job walk-throughs
- Promoting sustainable building practices
- Handling project close-out documents

What You Need for this Position

5+ years of experience managing commercial and/or industrial projects and:

- In depth knowledge of building codes
- Prior experience bidding concrete and carpentry is a PLUS
- Familiarity with MEP systems
- Excellent time management/deadline management
- Ability to read and interpret plans/specs
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Drivers license in good standing
