Job description
Service Delivery Tier 2 System Engineer Experience in middleware applications and enterprise applications such as GCP, SXP, EDF Knowledge in billing, order management applications and flows Tier 2 experience of user story creation, acceptance criteria definition for development and test functions across billing, order management, service delivery and ticketing applications. Experience in Tier 3 activities such as AID creation Experience in services flows such as AVPN, ADI, Collaborate, FirstNet, etc. Experience in analyzing, defining business requirements and collaborating with business clients Experience in Agile development, working with multiple teams. Knowledge in SAFe Software development process` Experience with varying technologies and DBs Expertise with Production Support, in a RHEL Linux environment, and experienced in Unix scripting.
