Job description

Our client is seeking an exceptionally talented, dependable, customer-obsessed, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to work under the direct supervision of the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of our client's B2B Marketplace and Services organization Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative functions and provide onsite support for the our client's VP and Leadership team This is a great opportunity to network with leaders within our client's organization You will be working in the fastest growing segment of our client's business and be a part of a highly interactive team Order and maintain office supply levels Complete and file expense reports Plan logistics for meetings and events of various sizes Create and maintain team organization charts Assist with space planning Assist with Travel arrangements Provide back-up calendaring support Collaborate closely with departmental Executive Assistant (EA) peers Suggest process improvements to make the team more effective Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in administrative support Relies on experience and judgment to plan, accomplish goals and Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Experience in calendaring Experience as an administrative assistant or in an office support role Software requirements: Microsoft Outlook, Quip, OneNote, Sharepoint
