Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Application Support Analyst. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with the possibility of permanent conversion.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for end-users, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues related to Tyler Munis, VUEWorks, and Granicus
- Collaborate with a team of two others on Application Support to test and implement fixes, ensuring seamless operation of enterprise software systems.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess and address multifaceted application challenges, with a focus on the Tyler Munis ERP for government, VUEWorks GIS/asset management software, and Granicus civic engagement software.
- Multitask effectively to manage and prioritize multiple support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on end-users.Communicate complex technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manager
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in an application support role, preferably with enterprise software systems
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
- Highly desirable proficiency in SQL/SSRS with basic understanding/knowledge of report writing.
- Familiarity with Excel, including pivot tables.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
