Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP WM MM AFS encompassing system configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.

Provide expertise in designing and implementing financial processes to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP WM MM AFS solutions.

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization.

Customize SAP WM MM AFS modules to align with specific business needs.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP configuration and development.

Implement tailored solutions to address unique business challenges within the WM MM AFS landscape.

Continuously evaluate and refine existing SAP setup to enhance efficiency and performance.

Recommend and implement enhancements to meet evolving business demands.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and customizations.

Develop user guides and training materials to support end-users.

Provide ongoing support to resolve user issues and ensure effective utilization of SAP systems.

Develop and execute test plans to validate SAP WM MM solutions' functionality and integrity.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful testing and quality assurance.

Engage with stakeholders to align SAP solutions with organizational objectives.

Stay abreast of industry best practices, SAP updates, and emerging technologies in finance.

Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 8 years' experience as a SAP WM MM AFS Business/Systems Analyst in a senior role.

• Proven track record as a Business Analyst with expertise in SAP WM MM AFS modules.

• Thorough understanding of SAP FI/CO modules, particularly related to product costing, G/L, A/P, A/R, Treasury, and Profitability Analysis.

• Strong grasp of financial business processes and accounting principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience working in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects.

• Familiarity with SAP Apparel and Footwear Solution is highly desirable.

• Experience with S/4 HANA and project management is a plus.

• SAP certification in WM MM AFS would be advantageous.

• The ideal candidate should demonstrate a sense of urgency and the ability to work within specified timelines.
