JOB TYPE: 3 month contract, W2
LOCATION: Lake Forest, IL
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our leading client's team.
Pay Range: $20-$23/hour
Utilize Excel and Power BI (or similar data tools) to perform intermediate to advanced data analysis, including creating dashboards, downloading data, and generating actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management review.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup, and data manipulation.
Intermediate or higher proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of other data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
