- Manage daily transaction audits and facilitate Title 31 committee meetings to review all pertinent information and any findings from reporting and observations
- Respond to law enforcement requests or subpoenas and act as the p rimary point of contact for state regulators as it relates to the overall gaming operation and any minimum internal control standards
- Update and maintain i nternal co ntrols as well as po licies and p rocedures for the unit
- Ensure appropriate knowledge of standards and regulations for each operating unit
- Bachelor’s degree preferred , p rofessional experience may substitute for a degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain g aming license by appropriate state regulators
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to work in multiple systems to integrate and analyze data
- Proficient at operationalizing g aming regulations and meeting requirements while also supporting a thriving g aming business
