Discover Impactful Work:
The Product Manager develops and implements the North American market-based plans to launch and manage a novel product line in support of the division’s overall strategy and goals. This person uses knowledge and data-driven analysis of market needs, trends, and opportunities to create market segment-based strategies and tactics that translate into commercial success. They are recognized as an influential leader in the commercial team.
A day in the Life:
Develop marketing plan for assigned product(s)
Lead pre-Launch and launch marketing projects for a new product line.
Craft value props for our region(s) and buyer types
Be the lead voice on North American promotion of the EXENT product line.
Determine strategy to reach HCPs
Long term planning for a product line with a strong pipeline
Contribute to KOL relationship management
Plan for EXENT’s role in North American tradeshows
Own product care for North America – determine and manage stock levels, lead volume planning, and be the subject matter expert regarding the product and part #s
Monitor product health via collaboration with Technical Services, EXENT Service and EXENT Apps; lead- customer communications on any adverse product events
Manage coordination and communication with the global marketing team

Keys to Success:
Education
Experience
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% including occasional weekends and international travel.
Minimum 4 years’ successful track record in marketing, product management, business development or similar role required, including market segmentation, value proposition, program development and execution, design of high impact presentations.
Experience in sales or other relevant customer facing role will help an applicant’s candidacy.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the IVD, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry will help an applicant’s candidacy.
Mass spectrometry experience and an understanding of multiple myeloma diagnostics preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Solid business acumen.
Strong customer focus; ability to understand customer needs and translate into effective marketing materials.
Ability to effectively understand, influence and interface with internal customers (senior management, sales, scientific functions), and external parties (customers, prospects, key opinion leaders, industry experts).
Strong team player, with experience working with cross-functional teams that include sales, marketing, scientific / medical affairs staff.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytic ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to deliver effective presentations.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Teams and Power Point; familiar with CRM and ERP systems.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $113,500.00–$145,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
