This position is the middle tier between Team Leader and Director. You will have major responsibilities within the restaurant and will be partnered with a director on their assigned role or task.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in training new employees
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Lead the shifts and team
• Open and close the restaurant on a daily basis
• Manage and maintain all daily tasks

Requirements:

• No formal education required
• Ability to work on-site at our location
