Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for in-person Customer Service positions in Auburn Hills. 

• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.

• D iagnose service or product issue with customers via phone or email by troubleshooting and providing a resolution.

• P rocess service requests, schedule appointments, provide quotes, order necessary parts. 

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience working for a windows and doors manufacturer or similar company.

• High School diploma/GED (Associates or Technical degree a plus).

• Knowledge of general construction applications and terminology is required.

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.

• Math skills, subtract, multiply and divide, calculate proportions, and percentages.

• Prior experience in construction, doors, or windows is required.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
