Sous Chef Responsibilities & Accountabilities



Objective



To lead kitchen staff and subsequent employees of our Client to deliver a high level of food quality to each guest whether choosing to dine in or carryout with us. To operate with a strong code of ethics and be an example of company's values. To provide a sanitary and clean working environment for all employees.
