Job description
Total Care Therapy is currently looking for a creative Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the West side of Columbus, Ohio area in the Assisted Living (AL) and community environments. Our Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) uses a web-based documentation system that can be accessed from any internet-capable device. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for performing Evaluations, 30-day Reassessment Visits, Recertifications, Discharges, and Treatment Visits. Must be certified to provide services in the state of Ohio. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred but is not required Compensation: experience-based This position will be compensated with a per-visit type allotted its own rate.
