Sr. Accountant

VIVOTEK is looking for a Sr. Accountant to bolster its financial operations and ensure sustained growth and stability. With increasing complexities in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making, the expertise of a seasoned professional is indispensable. The Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial processes, conducting thorough analysis, and providing strategic insights to drive profitability and efficiency. Their extensive experience and proficiency in financial management will be instrumental in ensuring accurate reporting, optimizing resource allocation, and mitigating risks. By recruiting a Senior Accountant, the company aims to fortify its financial foundation, enhance decision-making capabilities, and foster long-term success in a dynamic and competitive business landscape.

Job Description

• Ensures quality and timeliness of records, documents, and payments.
• Maintains Accounts Payable vendor master.
• Material cost update and cost simulation run.
• Prepares Policies, reports, memoranda, and other written materials.
• Develops and maintains procedures and manuals.
• Assists with other tasks and projects as needed.
• Perform general ledger open account management.
• Communicate with Finance colleagues in Taiwan. 
• Additional duties may be assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements :

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in A/P, General Ledger.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong ability to manage workload priorities and deliverables on time.
• Reliable and consistently meet expectations.
• Proficient in clear and articulate communication, both written and verbal.
• Skilled in navigating challenges with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Versatile in working autonomously or collaboratively as needed. Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  

Other Requirement (Including travel & %, lifting, language, etc.)

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is a favorable attribute. 
• Additional hours required during Month End Closing Day.
