Family Medicine - Nurse Practitioner

Join this thriving outpatient Family Medicine private practice focusing on functional medicine by shifting the transitional disease-centered focus of medical practice to a patient-centered approach.

Practice:

• Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus structure
• Monday-Friday 7:45am-5pm hours
• 4 clinical days per week / Wednesdays are administrative days
• Average of 5-12 patients per day
• Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance, health, dental, life, etc.
• Strong preference for experience with functional medicine and Athena EMR

Requirement:

• FNP Certification
• Nursing and/or Nurse Practitioner ICU experience
