Currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a focus on molding processes to join their growing team.


Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in plastic injection molding, specifically in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) in molding processes, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of guiding a team independently.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead and guide the team in all aspects of molding.
Oversee low- to high-volume production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Serve as a subject matter expert in molding processes, languages, and tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of molding processes into overall project management.
Take ownership of project execution, from concept to completion, with a focus on process validation and quality assurance.
Develop and optimize internal processes related to molding


Qualifications:


Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineer role with a focus on plastic injection molding.
Mechanical background with a strong understanding of molding processes, languages, and tools.
Proven experience in project management within a medical device manufacturing environment.
