We’re looking for someone who will manage the design process in our design-build company. The job function is to coordinate the needs, expectations, concerns, fears, blind spots, abilities, and expertise of our team, our clients, and our partners. The role is dominated by relational and emotional intelligence. While some drawing and creative work is included, it’s not the primary work of this role.

The successful candidate will have:

• Education typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field; Architectural License preferred but not required
• At least four (4) years experience as an Architectural Designer; experience in a commercial design firm or in a design/build project deliver model preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CoConstruct, and Microsoft 360 Business applications
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Previous experience in leadership and/or sales training
• A record of success that demonstrates the  emotional intelligence and empathy needed to work with those who can afford to build homes that cost several million dollars.

Expected Salary Range - $80,000 - $120,000
