Our global team of 16,000 associates is guided by the Veralto Enterprise System and united by a powerful purpose: Safeguarding the World’s Most Vital Resources.The Senior Director, Water Quality Business Communications is responsible for serving as the senior advisor on all communications needs for Veralto’s Water Quality segment and its operating companies. She/He/They will leverage their deep understanding of segment and operating company needs and partner with Communications functional peers to create and execute communications campaigns that drive business results. The senior director is also responsible for leading and managing other Communications Business Partner(s) to ensure quality of outputs and results.This position is part of the corporate communications department. While candidates who are within commuting distance of our Waltham headquarters area may be given preference, we are willing to hire a remote team member to secure the right talent.Your ExperienceIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:Serve as a senior communications advisor to Veralto’s Senior Vice President of Water Quality and to operating company presidents.Develop, execute, and measure communications campaigns to drive business outcomes and support the growth of Veralto operating companies in the Water Quality segment.Lead, mentor and develop Communications functional talent to cultivate a high-performing team.Your AttributesThe essential requirements of the job include:10+ years of experience working in the fields of internal and external communications, with experience developing strategies to reach a multitude of business stakeholders.Track record of helping large, complex organizations develop effective communications that reach internal and external audiences.Experience providing counsel to senior corporate leaders, effectively communicating ideas and the business rationale behind them.Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how communications helps drive desired organizational goals.The ability to execute at speed, with strategic mindset and with a positive attitude.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Change management experience, and/or experience working in a decentralized global organization.Experience leveraging new communications technologies for brand benefit.Developing and ensuring use of a data-driven approach to communications.OUR OFFER:At Veralto, your potential is amplified. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
