Seneca offers weekly individual and group supervision towards licensure hours, free CEUs, free trainings to improve clinical skills, and yearly scholarship opportunities for professional development.
As the Bilingual Social Worker in our team, you'll lead impactful Child and Family Planning Meetings, ensuring your dynamic facilitation contributes to positive outcomes. Your role extends beyond traditional case management; you'll forge collaborative partnerships with county and community stakeholders, providing comprehensive support to families in need. Services for families will take place in-person within the community.

Lead Child and Family Planning Meetings, handling preparation, attendance coordination, facilitation, and timely distribution of notes
Manage case coordination and care, ensuring comprehensive support
Collaborate with county and community partners, such as social workers, probation officers, therapists, psychiatrists, and teachers
Thoroughly document mental health notes, Family Team Meeting notes, Wrap Action Plan, incident reports, and other necessary documentation
Intervene in clients' behavior management programs and provide crisis management as required
Attend team meetings, weekly trainings, individual and group supervision
Adhere to clinical best practices and complete clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment planning
Participate in emergency on-call response once every quarter
Utilize crisis communication and de-escalation techniques per Seneca's crisis response training
