Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Schedule and conduct new hire orientations assuring proper onboarding
- Assist employees with benefit and enrollment questions providing guidance and assuring proper and complete utilization of benefits for all employees.
- Provide guidance to all employees regarding their inquiries related to policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs.
- Perform various administrative duties related to human resources: employee correspondence, verifications of employment, child support, unemployment or other state agency requests for information, payroll support, new hire folder preparation, file and organizing where needed, etc.
- Process payroll
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-year Associate's Degree in Accounting or 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Familiar with basic accounting principles, strong aptitude for working with numbers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Work, Excel, and Outlook, as well as ERP systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Time Management Skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
