As a Customer Outreach Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and fostering positive interactions to drive customer acquisition success.
Customer Representative Representative Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and campaign reports.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that align with clients' needs and objectives.
Customer Representative Representative Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer relations, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
